Refund policy

We want you to love your order. If you're not completely satisfied, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order. Order cancellation is possible before it's sent to you from us.

How to request a return or cancellation 

Log in to your customer account at https://account.hausofdanq.com and submit a return or cancellation request directly from your order page. Don't have an account? Create one using the email address you ordered with, or contact us at concierge@hausofdanq.com. Customer care is available Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.

Returning items 

Once you've notified us of your return, you have 14 days to send the item(s) back. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging. We cover the cost of return by providing a pre paid shipping label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or store credit (if requested) within 14 business days. Since we offer free shipping, no delivery costs will be deducted.
